LGT academy

The Foundation of Leadership Starts Here

The LGT Academy is a division of Maxwell Leadership Research & Development, Inc., an affiliate of Maxwell Leadership Institute, the home of leadership's grand theory. The academy's mission is to help make leadership the best it can be in our lifetime. To fulfill this mission, the academy delivers the best in leadership towards the best in life across the globe for positive social change.
The entire curiculum at Leadership's Grand Theory (LGT) Academy is premised on leadership's grand theory, the sustainable-unsustainable leadership theory (SULT). The sustainable-unsustainable leadershipship theory and the SULT method-model looks to become the prerequisite to any leadership development education endeavor. Leadership's grand theory is not taught anywhere else on the globe, but delivered to you live-online once its opening seats are filled.
Leadership's grand theory (LGT), bridges the gap between research and practice, with the long-sought-after theory for leadership.
